Peppy was one of those stallions who you will always compare every other stallion to, he was soft in his eye but even softer in his gentle nature, he had a respectful gentlemanly way with the lady's that i now hold the standard of ever stallion to, he had the smoothest softest gait that i now look to replicate but probably never will, his feet and bone were massive the type you'd see on a draft although he didn't have a single drop of draft in him, he could cover a mare in the early morning and be ready to move cattle by evening, he loved chesawland as much as we do and thats why im happy its his final resting place.
I hope the foals he left us with have half the heart he did.
